Good eats abroad

Now todays lunch is worth a post, here in Herndon VA having lunch at Stone Cove's Kitbar and i noticed something on the menu that i have only seen on TV, good ol' fashioned Shrimp & Grits. I first ask the waitress what she reccommended and she mentioned,"by far the Shrimp & Grits".. love this shit now need more.

On Wednesday I attended Sandra's funeral. She battled cancer for around 9 years or so, which was enough time to witness and raise her beautiful daughter Ayana along with her Husband Peter. I believe that everything happens for a reason but when it comes to loosing someone who means so much to so many, I just can't comprehend.....
